Terms and conditions
These terms apply to the use of Imbi and its paid plans.
Scope
Imbi is a directory of food trucks, markets and events. Operators, market managers and visitors use the platform under these terms.
Account and duties
Information must be truthful. Credentials must be kept secret. Content must not infringe third-party rights or be unlawful. We may block content and accounts in case of violations.
Plans and prices
The Market Manager plan currently costs €39 per month or €390 per year [add VAT note: gross/net]. The price shown at checkout applies.
Term, payment and cancellation
The plan renews automatically for the chosen period until cancelled. Payment is recurring via Mollie. You may cancel at any time to the end of the current period in the dashboard.
Consumer right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons (FAGG). If performance begins earlier at your express request, the right is limited [have wording and model withdrawal form reviewed legally].
Bookings between market managers and food trucks
Imbi only provides the technology. Contracts about participation, fees and services are concluded exclusively between market manager and food truck.
Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence; towards businesses liability for slight negligence is excluded as far as legally permitted. No guarantee is given for platform availability.
Final provisions
Austrian law applies excluding the UN Sales Convention; mandatory consumer protection of the country of residence remains unaffected. Place of jurisdiction for businesses is the company's seat.
